Shipping & Delivery
Cost: Shipping costs are calculated on a weight basis of your total order. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout and displayed before entering payment information.
Shipping Area: JC Enterprises currently ships to the continental U.S only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
Shipping Time: Our goal is to ship all in-stock items within 2 business days, and shipping times are usually between 1 and 5 days depending on your location. We ship from multiple locations, so your complete order may not arrive on the same day. Occasionally, we may be out of stock on an item you have ordered. If we expect the complete order to be filled within 7 business days, we will wait to ship the entire order on the same day. If we expect any longer delays, we will ship all in stock items and notify you of the delay. If the delay is expected to be more than 14 business days, we will offer you the option of a refund on the delayed items. We will e-mail tracking numbers and shipment information for each order.
Methods of Delivery:
UPS/FedEx: When possible, we ship items by UPS or FedEX ground service.
Freight Carriers: Oversize, or heavy (over 100 lbs.) are delivered by a freight carrier. If your order is to be shipped by freight carrier, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the shipment. We always request for the freight carrier to schedule the delivery with you. Please understand that freight carriers generally use larger trucks, and may not be able to get right to your door if you are in an area with limited access. Freight carriers usually are only required to unload at the truck. If you wish the order to be carried into your garage, this can usually be arranged for an additional fee.
Cabinet Orders: Some cabinet orders are palletized and can not be delivered to your home. These are generally shipped to a freight dock near your delivery address and need to be picked up. You will be responsible for having a truck or trailer capable of carrying a pallet. The freight company will fork lift the pallet into your truck or trailer. You can rent a truck or trailer for this purpose from a company such as U-haul or Home Depot. Freight companies generally do not like to hold product for more than 24 hours, so please plan accordingly. If any orders are shipped back to us for lack of pick-up, all return shipping charges will apply, and re-shipping charges will apply to get the order back to you again.
Product Returns: You MUST call us before returning any item(s) for any reason. Our goal is to make every customer a happy customer. We are happy to accept returns on any items you've ordered within 30 days. Items must be in original condition and all items that are shipped as a package must be included (i.e. an item sold as a package of 6 must be returned with all 6 items) and you will be responsible for shipping the item for return. We will refund the cost of your items minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged Products: If you have any items that arrive damaged, make sure it is noted on the shipping document and the shipper is aware of this before you sign for the order. Call us immediately, and we will help you to rectify the situation. If the product was delivered by UPS, please call UPS at (800) PICK-UPS and have the tracking number ready. Then give us a call.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to an Illinois address.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
